1) House - (we have a couple contenders)
2/3) Baby - (I asked for a baby for my 25th birthday :D)
2/3) Cookie business - (I have an awesome plan, still working out the details and the house should help with those.)

How funny that they are the same price... the smaller one has a full basement.
Our goal is to meet with a mortgage guy soon... if you've ever heard of our schedules you will know why this is a difficult thing. :)
